Run and Gun Rip Sesh- Intermediate ::

Dynamic Lacrosse Training is pleased to announce our inaugural membership based training programs.  Every player enrolled in our rip sessions will have access to our facility, balls, nets, rebounders and trainers for over three hours per week.

This annual membership has a value of nearly $6,000 but will cost only $900 and will include EVERY training session for the year!  Over 125 sessions averages out to less than $7 per session!



Every player enrolled in a DLT Rip Sessions will receive:

  • Two weekly 1-hour rip sessions of open shooting, dodging, workouts. We will supply the balls, goals, shooter targets, rebounders, safety nets and have the sessions staffed by our expert trainers to coach up the players as they are taking their reps.
  • One weekly 1.5-hour coaching session where our expert trainers will hold structured instructional clinics.
  • Total of over 125 sessions for only $7 per session.
